All frames come in the original Philips Manufactuers box and most units include all accessories in the box. We do not have any experience with repairing picture frames but when we received these frames the power would not go on. These frames are being sold as is! These units have failed out first testing phase - they do not power on. Otherwise they basically look new. The frames are in excellent cosmetic condition! They basically look brand new. For the ones that we sold that actually turned on the 7" frames were easily selling for $80 on ebay and the 9" frames were easily selling for $150 - $200.
